Volkswagen Genuine Bluetooth pairing adapter
The Bluetooth pairing adapter means you can connect
a Bluetooth mobile phone to a mobile telephone
preparation. Similar to a mobile phone adapter, the
adapter is simply inserted into the cradle of the mobile
telephone preparation. The connection to the pairing
adapter is made using the mobile phone Bluetooth handsfree
profile. Once the one-off coupling process between
mobile phone and mobile telephone preparation has been
carried out, you can simply leave your mobile phone in its
case while you're driving.

The MERIAN scout NAVIGATOR is a portable electronic
travel companion. The unit combines interactive
multimedia travel guide information including audio
guides in the form of audible tourist items together with
the conventional properties of a navigation unit in an
innovative design. Using GPS technology it immediately
detects where the user is. More than 30,000 items of
travel information combine images, text and sound to
give detailed descriptions of sights, hotels, restaurants
and leisure activities and facilities as well as camping

Volkswagen Genuine CD changer
Giving you a free choice in your selected music. The 6 disc
CD changer comes with motorised CD tray, frequency
response of 5–20,000 Hz, double speed drive with cache
memory and noise shaping DAC with 32x oversampling
and a holographic 3-beam sampler. The mechanical system
is vibration damped. It can be controlled from the car radio
RCD 4001 or the navigation systems RNS 4001 and RNS 5001.
Retrofitting of the CD changer is not possible. It can only
be ordered as a replacement for an existing end user device.
The wiring harness for the CD changer must be ordered as
well.

DVD Voyager 4 multimedia kit
The “DVD Voyager 4” multimedia kit makes travelling by car
into a particularly enjoyable experience for all rear-seat
passengers. This makes long journeys a child's play,
especially for younger passengers. The DVD tablet player
integrated in the 7 ıı TFT display plays DVDs and CDs in all
standard formats as well as MP3s. The system is EU crashtested,
the player's rounded edges minimise any risk of
injury in an accident. A clip in the player securing system
prevents it from falling out unexpectedly. Mounting or
dismounting on or from the headrests is quick and easy.
The player is notable for its pleasing flat design, and is light
and portable so it can be used in various vehicles. Can be

The Crafter is innately resiliant. The comprehensive range of
Volkswagen Accessories greatly increases the range of uses. Whether
a small child or bulk transport – you can choose between many high

Volkswagen Genuine roof bars
The roof bars are the basis for all attachments and
everything that you may need to transport. Irrespective
of whether this is for commercial purposes or for your
own free-time. Made from square section steel with
support feet provided with plastic caps. The city-crashtested
roof bars are equipped with an anti-theft locking
system and have a carrying capacity of: 300 kg, normal
roof and 150 kg, high roof. They can only be used
in conjunction with C-rails on the vehicle roof. 1
Suitable for vehicles with both normal and high roofs.

Expand the basic Crafter roof bars with an additional
single roof bar for easy and convenient transport
of long and bulky objects. In combination with the
basic roof bars, a total of up to six roof bars can be
mounted on the roof of the Crafter.

Transport branch conduit or pipe lengths up to
3m in the specially provided transport container.
Even short pipes are easily transported and can be
easily removed from the container using the special
drawing out device. The container is easily secured
either to roof bars or luggage rack.

Transport
This is how the city crash test works
The carrying system is fixed to the vehicle
and loaded with the intended load. A typical
frontal crash is simulated in city traffic at
around 30 km/h through the effect of horizontal
acceleration and forces applied opposite to the
travel direction. The carrier system must on no
account become disengaged from the vehicle
as a result of the test.

Volkswagen Genuine ladder holder
The ladder holder is used to carry ladders on
the vehicle roof. Its use prevents unsightly paint
scratches and ensures the safe transport of goods.
The ladder holder is easily mounted on the base
roof bars or the luggage rack. 1 set = 4 high angles,
2 tensioning belts, 1 rung clamp.

Volkswagen Genuine high angle set
The high angle set is ideally suited to the safe and
secure transport of long objects. E. g., wooden planks
can be securely attached to the roof bars or luggage
rack using the high angles. The shaped steel strip
bracket is completely galvanised and has a height

No stress with the load: The luggage rack, which is
made from completely galvanised and powder-coated
steel tube, is not only robust and weather resistant,
it also offers additional transport options. The luggage
rack is available in three different sizes and for two
roof heights. It cannot be used in conjunction with
the roof bars. For normal and high roof vehicles.

Volkswagen Genuine roller
The light running roller simplifies loading of
the roof with bulky cargo. Once placed on the
roller, furniture items or ladders can be simply
pushed forward, without scratching the paint or
leaving disagreeable marks behind. The roller is
purchased separately, however, it can only be used
in conjunction with the basic roof bars or luggage
rack.

The two-part floor board from 13.2 mm thick
Soboflex material with anti-slip surface is supplied
inclusive of lashing rails and drive-in nuts for the
shelf system. The safety mounting board is ideal
for supplementing with further accessories, to
guarantee the easy and safe transport of cargo.

load securing net
So that everything remains in one and the same
place. The load securing net guarantees the
correct transport of cargo in the central aisle.
The net is secured to the lashing eyes and tied
down using the ratchet tightening locks.

Easily inserted in the lashing rails, the tensioning
rod is for locking and preventing slipping of
cargo of various types. It is particularly suited

individual lashing point
This individual lashing point is used for professional load
securing within the Crafter. It is provided for mounting on
the tensioning rods. 1 set = 2 pieces.

tie down fitting
The tie down fitting is to ensure your cargo is always securely
fixed within the cargo space. Your load can be simply fixed
to the lashing rails or to the individual lashing point on the
tensioning rod. 1 set = 4 pieces.

tie down straps with integral lashing eyes
The tie down straps are used to secure large, heavy loads to the
lashing rails in the cargo space. The lashing eyes are inserted via
the ratchet mechanism in the rails, without you having to loosen
the belt. Finally the load is easily secured using the tie down belt
using the ratchet tightening lock or the clamping lock. Suitable
for factory fitted lashing rails or lashing rails in the floor boards.

Using this Volkswagen load securing device, cargo is always
securely held in the cargo space. Typically the square holder
can be used to ensure that pallets or wood loads are easily
and professionally locked. The square holder is provided with
an easy to use pulling ring and slides easily along the lashing rail.

The sliver-grey hard-shell box contains ratchet
and securing belts, edge protection tubes
and anti-slip mats. It is supplied including a
brochure with practical load securing examples
for use in the Crafter. Together with the load
distribution plan, you can easily determine
the centre of gravity prior to every journey and
fulfil the legal requirements for load securing.

Volkswagen Genuine telescopic ladder
This handy telescopic ladder can be folded
out into a lean-to ladder. The ladder is hooked
on the vehicle rear on the roller. When used
on the side, the the ladder is hooked on the
luggage rack. Operation of the sliding door
is not affected even when the vehicle is fully
loaded. For trouble-free transport, the ladder
is hung on the side wall using the supplied
fastening bracket and tightened in position
using the tensioning strap.

changing between a towing ball and bar coupling.
The towing ball is supplied in the scope of delivery.

The individual towing ball is suitable for vehicles
with an end crossmember or mounting frame,
with a hole pattern of 56 x 83 mm.

The combined coupling comprises a towing
ball mounted on a four-hole pattern with an
additional upper securing hook, which prevents
an unintentional loss of the trailer. Thus a trailer
with a ring eye can also be pulled by the Crafter.

The drawbar coupling (bar coupling) expands your
Crafter's transport options. The coupling of a trailer
with a ring eye is simplified by the funnel-shaped
insertion guide, so that the vehicle rear is protected

The sturdy step provides an optimum access aid to
overcome the Crafter's high entrance level at the rear
doors. The step guarantees a much simpler entry

Volkswagen Genuine Bobsy G0 plus ISOFIX
Protection and comfort for new-borns and babies. The “ISOFIX”
fastening system securely connects the baby seat and base frame
with the bodywork or the passenger seat. A foot frame provides
extra support. Only a few hand actions are required to engage or
remove the child seat in or from the “ISOFIX” mounting so that
the base frame can be left in position when leaving the vehicle.
The child is held in the new “Bobsy G0 plus ISOFIX” seat using the
integrated height-adjustable 5-point belt harness. The integrated
seat insert protects newborn babies' sensitive backs. High seat
cheeks and a deep shell provide additional support. Also well
conceived is the ergonomic design of the pivoting carrying
handle which makes putting the baby in or taking the baby out
a simple task. Inclusive of sunshade for protection from direct

“ISOFIX” seats provide a high level of protection: The special
“ISOFIX” standard fastening system connects the child
seat solidly with the bodywork. The “Bobsy G1 ISOFIX DUO
plus” with height-adjustable belt harness is additionally
fitted with a seat shell which can be locked at three angles.
Foldable holding bars also allow use in vehicles not fitted
with the “ISOFIX” system. Suitable for children weighing

The “Bobsy G3 plus” consists of a cushion and sleep
support making sure the child is at the correct height

peaceful and comfortable travel even on longer

Isolite Outdoor
The Isolite “Outdoor” is designed for summer
and winter use. The windscreen remains free
from snow and ice during the winter. In summer,
the heat of the sun is reflected, thus ensuring the
air inside the Crafter remains cooler for longer.
The precisely-fitting covering is simply placed
against the windscreen and secured on the inside
against the A-pillars using hook-and-loop fasteners.
Theft protection is provided by closing the doors.

The sun screen improves the visual appearance
of the Crafter and ensures the vehicle appears
larger and more striking. It protects against dazzle

The perfectly fitting mudflaps are extremely hard-wearing
and durable. They protect the underbody, the bumper
and the rear of the Crafter from heavy soiling. In addition,
stone impact is reduced and water spray minimised.

wheel arch trim
The wheel arch trim is the ideal complement even with the
existing interior trim. It has been specially manufactured
for unprotected wheel arches. Its flexible and UV-resistant
material protects the painted wheel arches against
scratching and damage and thus helps the Crafter to
maintain a high resale value.

Volkswagen Genuine non-slip mat
The modular, soft anti-slip mat offers protection
against dirt and moisture and additionally protects
the load against sliding. It is cut exactly to match
the Crafter's cargo space, is easy to clean and, if

Volkswagen Genuine
seat covers for trade and commercial use
The easy to clean and sturdy imitation leather protects the
driver and passenger seats against dirt, wear and damage.
The robust surface is resistant to puncturing, cutting and
tearing as well as sweat. The material application is selfsupporting
while the smooth surface simultaneously makes
it easier for the user to get in and out. All versions can be
used with side air bags and can be used with or without
the integrated armrest in the middle seat. Please see

Volkswagen Genuine rubber foot mats
When it comes to keeping things dry, the rubber foot
mat set with Crafter insignia is the ideal solution.
Dirt and moisture are collected and then removed by
simply washing them away. The rubber foot mats are
made-to-measure, and are connected to the vehicle
floor using the integrated fixing system to prevent
slipping. Suitable for front single seats and 2-seater
bench.

Volkswagen Genuine warning vest
This lightweight fluorescent orange warning vest
with reflective strips is made from 100 % polyester and
approved in accordance with DIN EN 471. It is a statutory
requirement for a warning vest to be carried in company
cars in Germany, except for freelance work, and it is already
compulsory for all vehicle occupants in some countries.

The high-quality lug chain from sturdy, alloyed stainless steel can be
rapidly fitted to a standing vehicle ensuring you reach your destination
safely. The provided self-tensioning element means retensioning is no
longer required and the inner lock opens automatically upon removal.
The special wedge shape of the snow chain links provides an optimum
relationship between traction and smooth running. The continuous
chain mesh is close fitting, the colour coding of the tensioning and
