Water System Description
Currently, there are several small, privately owned, water systems within or adjacent to the City’s
designated water service area which could be operated by the City. However, the City would
prefer to obtain and outright own these systems than to operate them as a SSMA.
EXISTING WATER FACILITIES
This section provides a detailed description of the existing water system and the current
operation of the facilities. The analysis of the existing water facilities is presented in Chapter 7.
