What are you doing on September 24th, 2011 Join Zandi and Tom Nammack for<br />
a memorable evening at our annual Headmaster's Dinner. Our gracious hosts,<br />
Angela and Hank Uberoi, invite sixteen friends into their home for an<br />
unforgettable wine tasting. It's your night, so what would you choose A vertical<br />
of Lynch Bages or wines of the world from areas like Bordeaux, Chile, Australia<br />
or Argentina A trip to Hank's vast wine cellar that was recently featured on the<br />
cover of Wine Spectator completes the spectacular setting. This signature event<br />
promises to be an evening of creative cuisine, created by Floyd Cardoz, Executive<br />
Chef of North End Grill, the new Battery City restaurant of the Danny Meyer<br />
restaurant empire. Beginning his career in Bombay, attending culinary school<br />
in Switzerland at Les Roche he then moved to New York City to create dishes<br />
using the flavors and spices of his native land. As a cookbook author, a Fresh<br />
Direct meal contributor and as television personality on Top Chef Masters (airing<br />
April 2011)...he is one busy chef! And who knows he might even surprise us with<br />
his presence if we can get him away from the camera The cuisine, delicious<br />
wines, laughter and lasting memories will make this a night to remember!<br />
