BB – Appendix 2(ii) Note : To facilitate the calculation of the full cost of programmes, indirect costs such as support staff costs (e.g. HR, IT, Finance, Legal etc), heating, lighting, communication etc. have been distributed across the five programmes on a pro-rata basis for 2007 and 2008. These costs are shown as “ Support Expenditure “ in Section 4 following and as a result, staff numbers and costs relating to “Operational capabilities and public service modernisation” are not shown separately in this section However, the 2007 programme and staffing details for fishery measures are shown separately in Table beneath. Effective economic policy analysis and planning to underpin competitiveness, efficiency and development of the agrifood and fishing sector and the rural and coastal economy.
