History<br />
• <strong>Telit</strong> Wirelss Solutions Srl is part of the <strong>Telit</strong> Communications<br />
PLC Group which successfully started trading on the London<br />
stock exchange (AIM: TCM) on April 4th, 2005.<br />
• 33 million Euro were raised through the IPO which are<br />
primarily invested in further development of the m2m product<br />
portfolio and establishment of the global sales and marketing<br />
organization.<br />
• Today, <strong>Telit</strong> Wireless Solutions Srl holds three companies: <strong>Telit</strong><br />
Communications SpA (EMEA activities), <strong>Telit</strong> Wireless Solutions<br />
Co. (APAC activities) and <strong>Telit</strong> Wireless Solutions Inc. (Americas<br />
activities).<br />
