<strong>Community</strong> Preparatory School has reason to celebrate—this year<br />
marks <strong>the</strong> 15th anniversary of our home on Somerset Street, and<br />
five of <strong>the</strong> School’s alumni now serve on our Board of Trustees.<br />

<strong>Community</strong> Preparatory School’s ongoing commitment is to serve<br />
<strong>the</strong> families of <strong>the</strong> <strong>Southside</strong> and beyond. More than 150 children<br />
from <strong>the</strong> <strong>Southside</strong> community have graduated from <strong>Community</strong><br />
Prep during <strong>the</strong> School’s 23-year history.<br />
<strong>Community</strong> Prep continues to serve—more than 90% of students receive<br />
substantial financial aid support and people of color comprise more than 80%<br />
of <strong>the</strong> student body. Fur<strong>the</strong>rmore, 92% of our graduates go on to college-prep<br />
high school programs and 82% attend or have graduated from college.<br />
