<strong>Satellite</strong> <strong>Dish</strong>es<br />
The anti-corrosive coating process is fully automated: Cleaning, phosphating and<br />
polyester powder coating. The benefits of the process are tested in large-scale salt mist<br />
chambers and in long-term tests at the North Sea.<br />
All Triax <strong>Dish</strong>es are wind-tunnel tested according to ETSI standard ETS300784. This<br />
requires the dish to be exposed to varying wind velocities of up to 42ms -1 , from all<br />
directions and elevations.<br />
Triax offers a series of dishes with appropriate small gain intervals, approx 1.5 db between<br />
each variant from which the different dish sizes result.<br />
Mechanical strength is tested by exposure to 100,000 vibrations at resonance<br />
frequencies.<br />
