Profile<br />
Nick Ayling is an associate with the firm’s Corporate Finance & Securities Group.<br />
Nick advises public and private companies on a variety of matters, including take-over bids, private and public<br />
equity and debt financing, asset and share purchases, corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, listings<br />
on the Toronto Stock Exchange and TSX Venture Exchange, and cross-border transactions. He also assists<br />
Canadian and U.S. public companies with regulatory compliance, corporate governance, insider reporting<br />
obligations and continuous disclosure requirements.<br />
Nick received his Bachelor Honours Specialization in Health Sciences (BHSc) from the University of <strong>West</strong>ern<br />
Ontario in 2008 and obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of British Columbia in 2011 with a<br />
concentration in business law. He was called to the Bar of British Columbia in May 2012.<br />
