Beverly (Raddatz) (’55) Daubers and her husband
James moved to Louisiana in 2002. They are
members of a Cajun Dance Krewe called Krew de
Canaille, a Cajun-French word for mischief. This
year, the Daubers reigned as king and queen of
the Krewe Mardi Gras ball.
Clifford B. Buelow (’66) of Buelow Vetter
Buikema Olson & Vliet, LLC has been named
the Milwaukee area’s “Lawyer of the Year” in the
area of Litigation–Labor & Employment by The
Best Lawyers in America ® 2013. Only a single
lawyer in each practice area in a designated
metropolitan area is honored as the “Lawyer
of the Year,” making this accolade particularly
significant. Among the most respected guides to

attorneys by conducting exhaustive surveys in

Christopher Doerr (’91) and his wife Carrie are
the parents of five boys and finally a baby girl.
Evangeline “Eva” Noelle Doerr was born January
2, 2012. Eva was diagnosed with Trisomy 18 on
January 10 and taken to heaven on February 10.
Eva’s godmother is Kathryn (Knickelbein) (’98)
Carlovsky. Christopher is pastor at Grace Ev.
Lutheran Church in Waupun and wrote “God has
comforted us greatly with his promises!”
Michael Westendorf (’92) contemporary Christian
singer/song writer, is releasing a Christmas CD
called Emmanuel and is excited to record a song
with Grammy/Dove award winning producer Phil
Naish for his record label’s 15–year anniversary
compilation CD. Mike, a member of St. Paul
Ev. Lutheran Church in Milwaukee, has formed
a contemporary band called Restored, and is the
director of music at The Point of Grace campus
ministry on the east side of Milwaukee.
Scott Hegerty (’94) and his wife Sara were
blessed with the birth of their second child, John
Murray on September 6, 2012. Scott is an
assistant professor of economics at Northeastern
Illinois University and Sara is a licensed
psychologist. The family resides in Chicago.
Laura (Kveen) (’98) Dempsey and husband
Brent welcomed the birth of daughter Harper
Grace Dempsey born August 14, 2012, in
Geneva, Illinois.

Doerr (‘91)
Clint Raabe (’98) and Amanda Gerken were
married by Pastor Mark Jeske (’70) on September
22, 2012, at St. Marcus Lutheran Church in
Milwaukee. In attendance were many WLHS
graduates including Lorraine Raabe (’41), Clint’s
grandmother. Amanda is a project manager at
National Business Furniture in Milwaukee. Clint is
a master electrician and owner of 3Phase Power
in Milwaukee. Together they operate an Amway
distribution center. The couple resides in Milwaukee.
Katie (Warning) (’99) Bravo and her husband
Omar Bravo celebrate the birth of their first child.
Lucyana Theresa Bravo was born on September
18, 2012. Katie teaches 4th grade at Christ/St.
Peter Ev. Lutheran School in Milwaukee. They
live in Oak Creek. Katie is the daughter of the
late Jerry Warning (‘72) and Kim Fisher and step
daughter to Pastor Ken Fisher, WLHS president.
Danielle (Nolte) (’99) Roos and her husband
USAF Capt. Gary Roos are thrilled to announce
the arrival of their second child, Lorelei Marion.
Lorelei was born June 30, 2012 and is little sister
to Evan Michael who will turn 3 in December.
Lorelei will be baptized in November. The
godparents are Jason Nolte (’09), Joseph Nolte
(’09), and Julie Roos. The family resides in
Niceville, Florida.
Jamie (Johnson) (’99) Anderson and Jay
Anderson welcomed Amelia Grace to their family
on March 31, 2012. She is the granddaughter
of very proud Jim (’70) and Debbie (Koss) (’71)
Johnson and Kelly Johnson (’99) is the proud
aunt. Amelia was baptized on April 29, 2012, in
Brookline, Massachusettes, where the
family resides.

Melissa (Tellier) (’00) Belter and her husband
Jeremy became proud first-time parents of Autumn Jewel
Belter on May 22, 2012. They reside in New Berlin.
Christopher Severson (’01) became dean of the
Business School at North Central Technical College
in July, 2012. Chris resides in Wausau.
Ashley (Lepak) (’02) Thompson graduated from
A.T. Still University–Kirksville College of Osteopathic
Medicine on May 12, 2012. She received the
degree of Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine and is
currently working as a family medicine physician
at Lakeland Healthcare in St. Joseph, Michigan
where she resides with her husband Timothy (T.J.)
