PDA hosted its fourth annual Platinum
Poster Development & Project Awards,
an opportunity for members to be
recognized by PDA for exceptional
applications and advances in polyurea
technology. Posters were on display
throughout the Platinum Poster
Reception with winners announced
at the Annual Business Meeting. The
2008 Platinum Project Award winner
is Polyval with Changi Waste Water
Waterproofing Polyurea Project and the
2008 Platinum Development Award
winner is SPI with New Generations of
Chemical Resistant Polyurea.
The 4 th Annual PDA Awards Banquet
was celebrated with a sumptuous meal,
awards presentation and an evening
of laughter with mentalist Christopher
Carter. The attendees enjoyed
watching fellow PDA members being
tricked on stage by Christopher and
were impressed with his mind readings
skills!
All in all, PDA’s 9 th Annual
Conference was a huge success and
very well attended. The conference

have back everyone who attended this
year and help us spread the word to
make this conference even bigger and
better next year! PDA would also like
