From the table it is can be noted that condominiums and<br />
apartments are coming up in view of the lack of decent<br />
high-rise dwellings within the township. However, these<br />
high-rise dwellings are tilted towards the higher-end market<br />
and almost all of the high-rise dwellings are launched at<br />
RM500,000 and above, such as the Lake Vista Residence,<br />
Windows on the Park, Town Park 6 and Lumiere. Terraced<br />
houses, semi-detached houses and bungalows maintained<br />
their prices and have not made it easier for buyers,. Terraced<br />
houses are seeing launches at RM1 million onwards, semidetached<br />
at RM1.75 million and bungalows in Lake Valley<br />
Avenue 3 are launched from RM3.5 million onwards.<br />
Bandar Tun Hussein Onn is a rather family friendly township<br />
where basic amenities and facilities are sufficient enough to<br />
label it self-sustainable. Accessibility by road has been wellplanned,<br />
but traffic congestion and the amount of toll booths<br />
have planted an imperfect impression towards the up and<br />
coming township. The announcement of the MRT project<br />
has won people’s interest in buying a home or investing in<br />
the township, as the main headache of traffic is expected to<br />
