Everyone who has been exposed to the wonderful world of
Information Systems understands that development can take
a little longer than expected. There are many reasons for that
suffice to say the new Clubs Victoria Website is LIVE.
However, as members who know data would agree the site will
be under constant redevelopment as we respond to member’s
needs and recommendations. The new site is focused on providing
information and access for all club sector clubs with a members’
only section under MY CLUB.
New features include more information in our preferred supplier
service directory to allow clubs to learn more about those partners
wanting to provide clubs with a buyer advantage; we also add a new
event management section and our media and policy section will
be updated on a regular basis. We also include all licensed clubs in
the Club Directory and we identify those clubs with gaming and
those that are members of Clubs Victoria.
Members will have direct access to the Enable HR program that
allows you to manage staff more effectively which is exclusive to
members. Recruitment will build and we will soon launch the jobs
board and when we launch the Presidents Club a unique page will
be added as demand for information grows.
Club Television is a new inclusion which will feature interesting
programs and we will begin to provide access for clubs to the
latest news and information on Club TV. Our new E-Commerce
and E-News capability will link to the social network sites and we
will begin to use Twitter and Face Book to communicate with the
market.
To help improve our data management we will reconstruct our
CRM program which will then allow clubs to manage their
own information to ensure they are kept up-to-date. These
modifications will be rolled out in the new year. cC
