IntroductIon
My name is Maurice Gardy. For over twenty years now
we have been involved in the supply of quality hand tools
for the log home constuction industry. We import some
from manufacturers throughout the world, manufacture
some ourselves, and have yet others manufactured for us
according to our specifiactions.
ordErIng
We receive orders by telephone, e-mail, fax and mail. If we
are away from the phone, we have a message voice mail
on which you can leave a message and we will get back to
you as soon as we can. Please leave your name, message,
contact number and the best time we can contact you.
ShIPPIng
All pricing is F.O.B. Prince George, B.C., Canada. We ship
most orders by Canada Post in Canada or USA. via either
Expedited parcel (Economy Surface) or Express post Parcel
(Air- faster).
The advantage with Canada Post to Canada is price and to
USA is price and most times no brokerage fee at destination.
We have had good results over the years and insurance is
inexpensive.
In B.C., Alberta and Yukon we use Greyhound for quick
delivery and good pricing.
To Australia, Asia and Europe, we use Expresspost Parcel for
quick economical delivery.
For large heavy items we use Surface Parcel but it can take
up to 6 weeks.
We also ship via UPS, Fedex, DHL, Purolator, truck lines, air
lines, etc. to suit specific needs such as time urgency, over
size, etc.
We charge the rates by actual weight and size of the well
packed parcel. We can ship freight collect if you prefer. We
insure at customer expense where reasonable, but we do
not accept responsibility for lost or damage goods once it
has been handed over to the carrier.

PrIcIng
All prices are in Canadian funds F.O.B. Prince George, B.C.,
Canada. Prices are subject to change without notice. Due to
the volatility of currencies and the recent strengthening of the
Canadian Dollar, some foreign manufacturers items actually
go down in price. We make every effort to notify the customer
of any price increases before shipping. Refer to website for
most current prices.
PaymEnt
Payment can be made by certified cheque, money order or
bank draft. Cheques not certified require up to ten days to
clear financial institutions before orders can be shipped. We
also accept Visa or Mastercard.
If ordering from a country other than Canada, Visa and
Mastercard will convert to your currency at your rate of
exchange on the date they process your transaction.
When using Visa or Mastercard we require the card number,
expiry date, name as it appears on the card, and the card
holders signature before we can process the order.
We also accept payment by bank transfer of funds. We do not
do C.O.D. shipments.
Warranty
We sell only top quality tools, but if tools are found to be
defective, they are to be returned freight prepaid for our
inspection. If defective, a replacement will be shipped. Tools
found to be abused will not be replaced. Warranty claims
have been very minimal over the years.
LIabILIty
The onus for safe use of all tools sold by us rests on the user and
there is no liability written, expressed, implied or otherwise on
our part due to injury resulting from the use of tools supplied
by us. Defective tools are limited to replacement value only.
