Military laptops have to be exceptionally resisted for environment conditions and
damages. These standards are met by computer produced in Poland.
The era of portable personal computers did not started in 1991 when astronauts of
space-shuttle STS-43 Atlantis sent a message from Macintosh commercial laptop to NASA
center but symbolism of this event was obvious. Mobile computers have become accessible
for everybody. Although nasty people are joking the mentioned model was rather
transportable than portable, the company with an apple in logo proved, that portable laptops
accomplished the same parameters like desktop computers.
The soldiers in the whole world had looked at the laptops with a limited interest. Due
to vulnerability damage and sensitivity for environmental conditions the portable laptops had
not been utilized in entrenchment, tanks or combat vehicles but have been used on staff
officers desktops. At market emerged requisition for fail-safe laptops. Japanese company
Matsushita (since 2008 Panasonic Corporation) after some failures at the begin of production
decided to focus its activity on laptops.
