In the past year, Chancellor David<br />
Peterson has spoken at U <strong>of</strong> T alumni<br />
receptions around the world, from New York<br />
to Winnipeg to Shanghai.<br />
This spring he will visit several North American<br />
cities to speak about the university’s aspirations<br />
and share with alumni how the university is<br />
uniquely positioned to develop the talent, leadership<br />
and answers for the defining challenges<br />
<strong>of</strong> the 21 st century. Some <strong>of</strong> the university’s most<br />
distinguished pr<strong>of</strong>essors will be travelling with<br />
him. <strong>The</strong>ir lectures will address many <strong>of</strong> society’s<br />
most pressing issues and showcase innovative<br />
responses being developed at the <strong>University</strong> <strong>of</strong><br />
<strong>Toronto</strong>.<br />
