After providing payment you have 48 hours to cancel (by letter, fax or email) and receive a full refund providing there are at least four working days to the<br />

meeting. Refunds on cancellations after 48 hours will be given only to fees over £10 and will incur a 15% administration charge. No refunds can be given<br />

on cancellations made less than four working days of the meeting. Places are guaranteed only upon written confirmation. Acceptance on to this meeting<br />

is at the discretion of the organiser. If pre-payment has not been made by the date of the event, the organiser reserves the right to refuse admission.<br />

If you requested to be invoiced for the event, you will be asked to provide credit card details on the day if payment has not been received. Your card<br />

will be charged if payment is not received within 5 working days. Delegate substitutions are free however when the substitution entails changing to a<br />

different event, a 15% admin charge will incur. Registrations will not be accepted over the telephone. If catering is being provided, any special dietary<br />

requirements are required at least four working days before the event. If you request different catering on the day you will be charged £10.00 and your<br />

meal will be delayed. The RSM accepts no legal responsibility for the facts stated or opinions expressed during its events and that it is the responsibility<br />

of any person to satisfy him/herself as to which part(s) of those facts/opinions should be relied on in any way whatsoever. In the event the RSM cancels<br />

Physical inactivity causes more premature deaths than smoking.<br />

There is overwhelming evidence that low physical activity is the major contributor to noncommunicable<br />

diseases, and increasing evidence that sedentary behaviour is a separate but<br />

equally important risk factor that needs to be addressed.<br />

This two day international conference will bring together experts, leaders and innovators working<br />

in exercise <strong>medicine</strong> to discuss their latest research. Delegates will leave the conference with an<br />

increased understanding of how to encourage physical activity within their communities, and help<br />

beat the biggest public health issue of our time.<br />
