PLEASE NOTE: This is not an enrolment form. Our admissions tutors will carefully consider<br />
your application and may ask you to attend an interview. If you are accepted onto a course<br />
you will receive a letter <strong>of</strong>fering you a place. You will also receive instructions on how to<br />
enrol. You are only a COPA student once enrolled.<br />
In order to avoid delay in processing your application, and possibly missing your chance <strong>of</strong> a<br />
place at COPA, please make sure you have answered ALL relevant questions as fully as<br />
