Plester Titanium<br />
The Angular Prosthesis Plester enables the<br />
integrity of the auditory ossicular chain to be<br />
restored in the event of destruction of the<br />
distal end of the long process of the incus.<br />
The two titanium bands play the role of a<br />
clamp and are attached to the incus. The bell<br />
fits onto the stapes capitulum. The pure<br />
mechanical <strong>co</strong>nnection of the titanium bands<br />
with the incus is very stable.<br />
The prosthesis is available in two lengths to<br />
re<strong>co</strong>nstruct the ossicular chain even with an<br />
extremly shortened incus process.<br />
