Whether you are looking to hold a one-to-one meeting, team briefing, board meeting, training seminar or
a large conference, the Strand Meetings and Events collection of contemporary suites are designed to
accommodate events of any nature.
The largest event space is the Exeter suite, which can accommodate up to 250 delegates* with the ability
to split into two separate rooms. With an additional seven meeting rooms all on one level, delivering a
logistical solution to the largest of events.
Our fully refurbished suites are fitted with the latest audio visual technology** – LCD projectors, sound or
PA systems - giving you the power to deliver the perfect presentation.
In today’s world, connections are important, complimentary WiFi is available throughout the hotel, and all
meeting rooms have up to 40Mb of broadband ready**.
Needing to communicate with multiple locations around the world can create additional challenges and
extra expense, our Somerset and Trafalgar boardrooms are fitted with 52” plasma screens and are
video conference ready.
We take pride in the service we deliver, every event is managed by a dedicated event planner who will
guide you through the planning stages. Our event service team are on hand to assist once you are at the
hotel, ensuring a smooth running and successful event.
