Morrish Matters TREGUNNEL HILL OPENING REVIEW On Saturday 23 November 2013, Morrish formally opened their Tregunnel Hill show house to the public. For the previous fifteen months, Morrish in conjunction with Bradleys estate agents in Newquay marketed the first phase of new houses at Tregunnel Hill from plan. This included an opening Preview Day back in July 2012 and a further site opening last spring. During this time, all seventeen first phases houses had been reserved, effectively from plan, exceeding all of the expectations of both developer and agent. Morrish Builders Newsletter Winter 2014 GEORGE TERRACE, POUNDBURY The Launch Weekend In view of the anticipation in the market place towards the end of 2013, Morrish very quickly decided to dress a new show house along Bridport Road at Poundbury. “We have had success in the sale of all our townhouses in Sectors 2.85A and 2.86A so it made good sense to create a new show house in our next phase, namely George Terrace” said Steve Morrish, Joint Managing- Director. To this end Morrish released Plot 12 during the last weekend of January. Interestingly, they have already reserved the two centre terrace townhouses during the early new year period.
