OSBORNE PLACE, FERNDOWN
Morrish are able to confirm that they
completed the sale of the final apartment
at Osborne Place in Ferndown at the end of
January. In summary, the sales programme
ran for approximately two years, in which time
the interest ranged from first-time buyers,
purchasing using the Morrish 75/25 Scheme to
investors and retired persons. Osborne Place
is centrally located in the heart of Ferndown
with a gated courtyard entrance and allocated
car parking. Both residential access points are
under a secure entry system with a lift service
to the first and second floor levels.
OAKLANDS AVENUE, CHARD
Morrish can also confirm that an outline
planning consent is imminent for the
development of 78 units at Oaklands
Avenue in Chard. Detail to this consent is
currently being discussed with the planning
authority ahead of the arrangement of a
build programme. Sixty four of these units
will be private, with fourteen being allocated
as social housing.
