Morrish are able to confirm that they<br />
completed the sale of the final apartment<br />
at Osborne Place in Ferndown at the end of<br />
January. In summary, the sales programme<br />
ran for approximately two years, in which time<br />
the interest ranged from first-time buyers,<br />
purchasing using the Morrish 75/25 Scheme to<br />
investors and retired persons. Osborne Place<br />
is centrally located in the heart of Ferndown<br />

<strong>current</strong>ly being discussed with the planning<br />
authority ahead of the arrangement of a<br />
build programme. Sixty four of these units<br />
will be private, with fourteen being allocated<br />
