Like a clock face, begin <strong>with</strong> both arms at 12:00, move right arm clockwise <strong>with</strong> <strong>the</strong><br />

beat from <strong>the</strong>re back around <strong>to</strong> 12:00, making a full circle.<br />

March in place <strong>to</strong> <strong>the</strong> beat using stiff arms and legs like <strong>the</strong> mechanical movements of<br />

figures moving on a clock.<br />

With arms at sides, rock left and right on <strong>the</strong> accented beat.<br />

Tap a pretend watch on <strong>the</strong> beat, first on one arm, <strong>the</strong>n on <strong>the</strong> o<strong>the</strong>r, changing<br />
