The in<strong>for</strong>mation gathered in this questionnaire will provide academic advisors critical<br />
in<strong>for</strong>mation about your academic interests and educational goals. Although you provided<br />
in<strong>for</strong>mation through your <strong>Rice</strong> application, we would like to know additional in<strong>for</strong>mation and if<br />
there have been changes. Please be thorough as it will enhance our ability to provide the best<br />
advice regarding curricular and extracurricular opportunities. Your answers are not intended to<br />
be definitive or final. We are simply trying to capture your current thoughts.<br />
