AppZero captures an
application and its
dependencies – with no
OS – in a Virtual
Application Appliance
(VAA), which can be
deployed at the click of
a mouse.
Our patent-pending technology unlocks and extracts
applications fromproduction servers and lets you move
them directly to the HP cloud or any server, in a fraction of
the time, without having to reinstall or reconfigure the
application.
In addition, AppZero has up-level OS migration capabilities,
meaning that you can migrate applications to the cloud,
even if the OS is newer than on your current server, i.e.,
move enterprise applications from WS2003 to WS2008 or
WS2012.

dependencies in a “virtual application appliance” (VAA)
