of experience (global market leader in biometrics) in the<br />
fields of electro-optics and forensic quality fingerprint processing<br />
algorithms. The sensors guide the user during<br />
enrollment to obtain the best possible images. The embedded<br />
microprocessor provides rapid fingerprint image capture<br />
and analysis, allowing truly instant recognition for the<br />

<strong>Morpho</strong> has developed the best match-on-card authentication<br />
in the world to provide biometric readers offering<br />
the best balance between ergonomics and security.<br />
Onboard matching means the user’s biometric reference<br />
data never leaves the smart card, allowing large biometric<br />

<strong>Morpho</strong> goes further by offering its direct reader/card<br />
authentication technology: Direct-to-card. Data is transferred<br />
in a secure encrypted way, directly from <strong>ypsID</strong><br />
BioReader to the smart card, without going through the<br />
computer. So data never goes beyond the reader’s physical<br />
boundaries.<br />
