We are seeking an exceptional candidate with executive sales and/or marketing/business operations experience<br />
with a proven track record <strong>of</strong> building a base <strong>of</strong> new accounts, as well as growing a base <strong>of</strong> existing accounts.<br />
The right individual will be well connected in the high tech industry within the Bay Area. Connections in the<br />
financial services industry are a plus. We value smart, results-focused and resourceful individuals who strive to<br />

Responsibilities Include:<br />
Create and execute on value add sales and growth strategies leveraging our vision and values to<br />
differentiate us from our competitors.<br />
Develop and close new client relationships as well as manage and develop opportunities with a base <strong>of</strong><br />
existing accounts.<br />
Identify, network and make face-to-face contact with prospective hiring managers and executives.<br />
Work collaboratively with the lead generation team to identify additional target prospects and research<br />
needed, as well as key outreach strategies and tactics to secure new account meetings, and nurture<br />
ongoing relationships with existing hiring managers and executives.<br />
Develop new prospect proposals and represent our company to prospective clients with a high level <strong>of</strong><br />
pr<strong>of</strong>essionalism.<br />
Maintain and support existing client relationships to ensure complete satisfaction and long-term loyalty.<br />
Work collaboratively with the consultant services/recruiting team throughout the hiring process to<br />
ensure a successful client experience with Sage.<br />
Skills Required:<br />
10+ years <strong>of</strong> senior level direct sales experience - pr<strong>of</strong>essional services experience is a plus.<br />
Strong network/relationships with marketing, business and operations managers and executives in high<br />
tech companies within the Bay Area.<br />
Disciplined self-starter with a solid sales track record and demonstrated ability to interact, listen,<br />
influence and partner in an engaging and ethical manner with all levels <strong>of</strong> decision makers.<br />
Strong account management skills and demonstrable results <strong>of</strong> significantly growing existing accounts.<br />
Strong business acumen and ability to identify key customer needs and requirements.

Excellent communication skills, pr<strong>of</strong>essional demeanor, networking, negotiating skills.<br />
Ability to generate a high volume/high quality pipeline <strong>of</strong> opportunities.<br />
Exceptional follow-through and detail-orientation.<br />
CRM system experience in optimizing sales activity and funnel management.<br />
Passion for being part <strong>of</strong> the growth <strong>of</strong> a small company.<br />
Marketing or business operations management experience at a bay area technology or financial services<br />
company is a plus.<br />
