The Link Between Hazmat Response and Health • We need to focus on incident containment & control AND assessment of environmental & public health impacts. • It is imperative that the CEHA agency is aware of every incident and has the opportunity to determine whether an assessment is warranted on a case by case basis. • How to address: Call in each incident to the CEHA agency so they can decide whether an assessment is needed.
