New Ireland Assurance is pleased to launch our new Corporate Pension website.
Based on your feedback we have made major improvements to the design and
navigation to make it easier for you to find the information you need. This forms part
of our ongoing programme to provide you with the best online service available.
SCHEME AND MEMBER REPORTS
l Report includes fund name, number of units, unit
price, fund value and unit price date.
l It also has links to the Fund Centre with relevant
Fund Factsheet.
ENHANCED ACCESS TO DATA
l Commission statements are available online.
l More scheme and member information.
CUSTOMISED DATA
l Run scheme reconciliation statements, including
payment history back to scheme start date.
l Export data to excel for further analysis.
l Generate reports on your own headed paper.
DUAL BRANDING
You can incorporate your own company logo to be
displayed once your client logs in.

Handy Tips
How do I log on
Step 1:
• Log onto www.newireland.ie. Click on the “Pensions” tab and you will
find a link to “Pension Schemes Online” in the drop down menu. This
will bring you to the Login page.
• Start your registration by entering your username and password in
the Login section.
Step 2:
You will be asked to reset your Password and answer two
challenge questions.
• Your Password must be 8 characters or more long.
• It has to contain at least one number and one capital letter.
• You cannot use any blank spaces.
You will receive an email, confirming your registration details..
How do I navigate the site
The Pension Schemes Online Guide is held on the Broker Centre and on
the user log-in page. This guide explains how to navigate the site.
What if I forget my Password
On the user login page, click on the link ‘Forgotten password’ on
the right hand side. When you have entered your username, you
will be asked to answer the challenge questions (which you already
answered when you first logged on). These are used to validate your
user details. On validation of your details, you will be asked to reset
your password.
Please remember when resetting your password, that your new
password should not be obvious. In addition, passwords must be at least
8 characters long and contain at least one number and one capital letter.
It is most important that you keep your password secure and known
only to yourself. Please also take care when logging on that your
password is not seen or noted by anyone else.
