Scuba Series<br />
The Scuba TM is an electronic, state-of-the-art pool tester. A sample of the water is examined<br />
using colorimetric methods <strong>and</strong> the results are shown in the high-precision digital display.<br />
The unit has a rugged housing designed to be easy to hold (even with wet h<strong>and</strong>s!) <strong>and</strong> is fully<br />
waterproof.<br />
The Scuba is available in three different versions, the Scuba, Scuba + <strong>and</strong> the Scuba-Alk. Please<br />
see table below <strong>for</strong> specific testing capabilities by model.<br />
The Scuba is supplied complete with specially <strong>for</strong>mulated, quick-dissolving reagent tablets<br />
<strong>and</strong> a convenient strap <strong>for</strong> easy h<strong>and</strong>ling <strong>and</strong> storage.<br />

Easy 6-Step Operation:<br />
1. Insert the 9V battery into the<br />
Scuba <strong>and</strong> turn it on.<br />
2. Push the “Mode“ button to<br />
select the required test.<br />
3. Open the cover on the left<br />
h<strong>and</strong> side of the instrument,<br />
<strong>and</strong> swing the Scuba<br />
through the water until the<br />
sample chamber is full.<br />
4. Close the cover <strong>and</strong> press<br />
the “Zero / Test“ button to<br />
set the zero.<br />
5. Open the cover, add the<br />
appropriate tablet, close the<br />
cover <strong>and</strong> gently shake the<br />
instrument to dissolve the<br />
tablet.<br />
6. Press the “Zero / Test“ button<br />
once more, <strong>and</strong> the display<br />
will digitally show the results<br />
in mg/L or as pH units.<br />
