TuBo-Clip S non-adhesive
One-Piece Endotracheal Tube Holder
TuBo-Clip S is a one-piece endotracheal tube holder for adults, adolescent patients and pupils. It is used for oral and nasal application.
The additional adhesive Velcro ® tape guarantees extra security with less sedated patients. Particuarly suitable for patients with skin irritation
or skin burns.
TuBo-Clip S is available in two different sizes:
TuBo-Clip S normal REF 20 - 02 total length 72 cm
TuBo-Clip S extra long REF 20 - 06 total length 85 cm
To guarantee the adherent effect and, therefore, the optimal grip, it is necessary
to direct the white foam towards the patient‘s skin or the tube!
The Velcro ® adheres onto the green side.
Novo-San tinctured cleaning wipes are supplied in a dispenser box:

Desinfectant cleaning of tubes before attaching the adhesive Velcro ® tape in case
of changing the fixation assures optimal contact power.

TuBo-Clip S Application with Connected Tube
Stick the adhesive Velcro ® on the well
cleaned tube. For cleaning please use
e.g. Novo-San.
The adhesive Velcro ® marks the proper
position of the tube.
Place the fixation band with its green
fleece side to the adhesive Velcro ® so
that it is divided in two unequal parts
(about 1/3 to 2/3).
Wind the fixation band once around
the tube crossing the two ends. The
adhesive Velcro ® should be completely
covered. Place the longer part of the
fixation band around the patient‘s neck,
with the white material facing the skin.

Fasten both ends with the Velcro ®
strip. If necessary, cut the excess part
of fi rst. Fixation in final position
A Guedel airway can be fixed easily
by wrapping it.
