I have worked as a research associate at the Wildlife Heritage Trust of Sri Lanka from 1995-‐2004 and as research <br />
manager in 2005. <br />
Worked as the Manager: “Trees for Life” project, under The responsible tourism partnership of Sri Lanka from Feb-‐ <br />
Nov 2007. <br />
Worked as Public Relations Officer for the Hon. Deputy Minister at the Ministry of Social Services and Social Welfare, <br />
Sri Lanka (Nov 2007-‐Jan 2009). <br />
Also in general I am involved in many conservation, research and education programs. I am involved in delivering <br />
lectures for school children, villagers, university students and teachers and involved in conservation research and co-ordinating<br />
conservation research projects. <br />
Commitments to conservation for next 3 yrs: Dedicated for biodiversity conservation and exploration. <br />
