AUTO-TUNING PROCEDURE<br />

A-Phase Lead<br />

1.Be sure that motor encoder is connected.Set J1,J2 jumpers according<br />

to encoder supply voltage.<br />

2.Set motor parameters before Auto-tuning.<br />

3.Connect motor cables directly to inverter.If there are K1-K2 contactor between motor<br />

and inverter , pres them manually.<br />

4.Set PAR-23 as STANDSTILL or ROTATIONAL.AYBEY suggests ROTATIONAL<br />

Auto-tuning by releasing ropes.<br />

5.Open brake manually and hold it open until the end of Auto-tuning procedure.<br />

6.Set PAR-24 as ALL1 and pres ENTER.If PAR-23=ROTATIONAL motor will rotate<br />

in a short time.<br />

7.When you see NONE on screen, it means procedure completed successfully.
