County has provided<br />

crushed rock in s<strong>to</strong>ckpiles<br />

for the sole use on this project.<br />

Bid proposals shall be<br />

accompanied by a bid proposal<br />

deposit in cash, certified<br />

or surety bond in the amount<br />

equal <strong>to</strong> five percent (5%) in<br />
