Pending Issues from computer Centre
The October 2011 marksheet printing is yet to be done. The withheld students final semester result is
displayed in the DOTE website.
In case if the Institutions have failed to receive the previous examinations marksheets/ Certificates of
any student , the Principal is requested to submit a letter giving the student list with the register number
and the letter should be addressed to the Chairman ,Board of Examination. The letter may be submitted
at the time of scrutiny.
Unclaimed result of Oct 2011
Some of students’ results are still pending with us for want of data from the Institutions. Such
institutions are requested to submit the relevant documents during scrutiny. Otherwise, those students
result will be announced as absent and the same will be updated in the final corrected NR accordingly.
Internal Mark submission
This time there is a change in the submission of Internal Marks to the computer centre. As all the
students ‘ attendance need to be fed till the last working day, all the students (including students with
shortage of attendance) will also be available in the internal mark kit and internal marks for all the
students have to be submitted before the issue of hall tickets.
Based on this, the kit will be generated immediately after the last working day and will be uploaded in
the DOTE website and the Institutions should submit all students’ internal marks (including the students
with shortage of attendance) before getting the hall tickets. The Internal marks and attendance
particulars should be signed by the students individually and the copy of the same should be displayed
in the notice board without fail.
Hall tickets will be issued only after receiving the Internal marks from the Institutions.
No student is entertained at the computer centre for want of attendance or fees payment.
Downloading of Hall ticket and Nominal Roll
Some of the Institutions are still not able to download the Nominal roll and hall tickets from the website
as their photo format is not in required specifications. Such institutions have to submit the old photos in
the required format at the earliest. Otherwise issue of Diploma certificates will be a problem.
