1. Your Organizing Team
You will probably need at least three people on your organizing team. These must
be people who are reliable, energetic and trustworthy.
Meet with your team regularly. Organize your communication online with your
own private Facebook group, or Basecamp, or even just an email list.
2. Your Volunteer Team
You will need a team of volunteers to help at the event. You’ll need volunteers to:
run registration, provide security, cheerlead and energize the crowd. Give them
free tickets and lots of love and appreciation!
