Professional Engineer with a minimum fifteen years of

INSTRUCTIONS
1. The registration form will be filled in by the applicant in his own handwriting with neat, legible
hand or typed. Application form be attested by a PEC registered Professional Engineer with a
minimum fifteen years of Professional stranding and be submitted to the Registrar, Pakistan
Engineering Council, Ataturk Avenue (East) G-5/2, Islamabad along with the following requisite
documents;
1.1 Attested copies of CNIC, engineering and other qualifications along with their originals and
transcripts. In Case, the degree has not been issued, a Provisional Certificate along with its
Photostat copy duly attested shall be provided. Original Certificate / degrees will be returned
after verification.
1.2 Two photographs Passport size and one photograph 25x25 mm, duly attested on the back
side.
1.3 Original PEC Registration Card as Registered Engineer (RE)
1.4 Attested copy of qualifying Engineering Practice Examination (EPE) issued by PEC
1.5 Attested copies of CDP acquired
1.6 Employment certificates
2 Registration fee can be submitted at PEC HQ Islamabad and all PEC Branch Offices through
Bank draft/ Challan form in favour of Pakistan Engineering Council as per following rates:
(i) Pakistani nationals:
(including Rs500/- as one time fee
and Rs5000/- as life subscription)
(ii) Foreign nationals
