Guide on Security of Reservation Information<br />
Your reservation number allows the access to your confidential information<br />
which you may not wish to disclose to other parties. To secure and protect<br />
your privacy, it is recommended that you refrain from providing your<br />
reservation number to others.<br />

However, please note that your preferred number may not be assigned<br />

Check-in counters at most airports close 40minutes(1 hour in case of departing from USA,<br />
Europe, Middle East, and Africa airports) prior to scheduled flight departure time, and it is<br />
recommended you arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before scheduled departure time in<br />
order to complete check-in, security, customs and immigration formalities before boarding.<br />
Check-in closing time may vary with a code-share flight according to the<br />
regulations of the operating carrier.<br />

As a general rule, passengers are not allowed to bring and consume personal<br />
food items on board the aircraft because it can spoil during the flight, may cause<br />
health/hygiene problems, and the noise and odor of the food may disturb the<br />
surrounding passengers.<br />
However, passengers may bring and consume personal food items that meet the<br />
following conditions on board the aircraft:<br />
Food items that are individually packaged, and products that are ready-made<br />
which do not spoil easily. Also, food items that do not emit any odor, as such<br />
items may disturb the surrounding passengers.<br />
- Food items permitted on board the aircraft include snack products such as<br />
chips, crackers, chocolate, candy, etc.<br />
- Foods items not permitted on board the aircraft include Hamburgers /<br />
sandwiches / Kimbab (odor, perishable), cup noodle (odor), kimchi/canned<br />
side-dishes (odor), cakes that require cold-storage (perishable), etc.<br />
Hot water is provided upon request for the purpose of heating/preparing baby<br />
food, liquid formula, or powdered formula for infants.
