They had three children:<br />

1. Robert Eric (1927 - ) married to Shirley Joan Amos (1931 - )<br />

2. Second son (stillborn) – buried in Fairview Cemetery.<br />

3. Daughter – Barbara Isabel (1934 - ) married to Carlo Bellon (1937 - )<br />

Amos, Percy Charles (1900 – 1976)<br />

Percy was born in Trealaw, South Wales and came to <strong>Niagara</strong> <strong>Falls</strong> in 1930, with his wife<br />

Gladys and two children – Don and Hazel. Shirley was born in <strong>Niagara</strong> <strong>Falls</strong> in 1931.<br />

Percy retired as kiln foreman in 1969 from the Canadian Ohio Brass Co. Ltd., after forty<br />

years with that firm. He was also a Stamford Volunteer Fireman.<br />

Percy’s wife, Gladys Evelyn Bunston (1898 – 1982) was born in Cardiff, South Wales,<br />

U.K. They were married fifty-five years. Both loved to sing, and had very nice singing<br />

voices. They are buried in Fairview, Section 5, Plot 220.<br />

They had three children:<br />

1. Donald George (1920 – 1996) was born in South Wales, U.K. He was an<br />

employee of the North American Cyanamid, and a Professional Musician. He<br />

married Pearl Georgina Margaret Currie (1921 – 1979) “Pudge” was born in<br />

<strong>Canada</strong>. They are both buried in Fairview, Section 7, Plot 171.<br />

2. Hazel Gertrude Elizabeth (1924 – 1999) was born in South Wales, U.K. She<br />

was a Secretary at the Canadian Ramapo Iron Works Ltd. and later operated<br />

Stevenson’s Stationery Store at the Stamford Green Plaza. Hazel was a very<br />

active worker at Christ Church. Hazel married John “Jack” Straiton Stevenson<br />

(1920 - ). Hazel is buried in Fairview, Section 0, Plot 767.<br />

3. Shirley Joan (1931 - ) married Robert Eric Lamb (1927 - ). Shirley was born in<br />

<strong>Niagara</strong> <strong>Falls</strong>, <strong>Ontario</strong>.<br />

Gladys Amos’s sister, Lily Ann Bunston, is also buried in Fairview, Section 4, Plot 679.<br />

Lily Ann Bunston (1889 – 1980) married William Findlay (1889 – 1944). They had<br />

four daughters:<br />

1. Irene Hoffman (1913 – 1935) – husband Earl Section 3A, Plot 111<br />

2. Vera Biggar (1918 – 1988) – husband Hue Vincent Section 9, Plot 286<br />

3. Elsie Symonds (1916 – 2007) – husband Philip Section 9, Plot 287<br />

4. Norma O’Neil (1929 - ) – husband Raymond – (died in 1980).<br />

Also many cousins….mostly in the name of Bunston, but we won’t carry this that far.<br />
