Externally controllable by means of 4-20 mA signal (fully programmable) or pulse (voltage-free reed switch, transistor, or opto-coupler). Divide or multiply incoming pulses or batch accumulate. Manual/External mode selection allows for manual adjustment of stroke length and stroke speed from 1 stroke per hour to 100 strokes per minute. Flow monitoring with alarm is available when used with LMI's Digi-Pulse Flow Monitor (see catalog no. 1708 for models and specifications). 7- Metering pumps feature external control by means of a pulse input (voltage-free reed switch, transistor, or optocoupler). Manual/External mode selection allows for manual adjustment of stroke length and stroke speed. When used with LMI's Micropace TM Pump Control Modules (see catalog no. 1609 for models and specifications), divide/multiply incoming pulses or respond directly and proportionally to a 4-20 mA input signal. 1- Metering pump features precise manually adjustable stroke speed from 1 to 100 strokes per minute (1-60 on P12, P13) Stroke length manually adjustable. Liquid Handling Assemblies - For 300 & 400 Series Liquid Ends: ● This selection of liquid ends has been upgraded to a new tubing/ferrule connection system. This system not only provides superior sealing properties, but also automatically povides 1/2" NPT pipe connection by removing the tubing connection fitting. The "P" option for NPT connection is no longer required, and therefore discontinued. ● To specify black, UV-resistant tubing: change I to U (example: "352TU") and add the noted upcharge For applications of off-gassing liquids such as sodium hypochlorite or hydrogen peroxide, "AI" or "HI" liquid ends with AUTOPRIME heads or valves are recommended. An "HI" liquid end adds a 4FV to the "AI" liquid end. AUTOPRIME is available on PVC and Acrylic heads. A 4FV on the "HI" head enables safe pressure release of process fluid. The integral AUTOPRIME option is available on 0.5, 0.9, 1.8 and 3.0 size liquid ends and can be selected from a special table at the end of each pump series pricing section. The AUTOPRIME selection tables take into account that the valve will recirculate a portion of the pump discharge back to the supply tank. The AUTOPRIME feature is available as a separate accessory.
