SOFT SKILLS
Plymouth High School evaluates students on the skills of collaboration,
respect, initiative, and work habits. Teachers rate each student on a scale of 1-4
with 4 being the highest, at the end of each quarter. These ratings are independent
of the academic grade assigned. Soft skill ratings will help each student to
understand the relationship between learning and these important skills. Local
employers have pledged to ask students for their soft skill evaluations at the time
of application for employment.
