• that it gave me a view into many different tools available
• Web based course - no need to buy and print notes
• Clearness of instructor's demonstration.
• Given the opportunity to work with new programs that I have not before and that might help me in the future
• 1-The amazing applications we have learned. 2-The subject that laying on the area of decesion support.

• I thought data capture was much more difficult than how it was portayed in this class and i wil look for ways at work to capture more useful data
