Brad Thomas Joins Bull Realty as Senior Vice President of Capital Markets
ATLANTA (April 18, 2012) – Bull Realty has tapped Brad Thomas as senior vice
president of capital markets. Thomas will provide strategically focused net lease
investments to REITs, private equity investors, and high net worth investors. In
addition, Thomas will assist with originating off-balance sheet transactions via saleleaseback
and portfolio-level acquisitions.
Thomas has more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, most recently
as Director of Strategic Markets with Embree Group and Senior Vice President at
Thompson National Properties. Thomas has achieved considerable success with his experience and
knowledge of REIT securities and his prolific writing partnerships with Forbes, The Street and Seeking
Alpha. Thomas has written over eighty articles for Seeking Alpha and he received twelve prestigious
“editor picks” so far in 2012. Thomas writes weekly articles on commercial real estate and he is featured
in regular radio talk shows including “America’s Commercial Real Estate Show” and “Yorba TV”. In
addition, Thomas produces a monthly newsletter in partnership with Forbes Media.

During his career, Thomas has developed sites for many retail chains such as Wal-Mart, Advance Auto
Parts, CVS, O’Reilly Auto Parts, Dollar Tree, Bi-Lo, Outback, PetSmart, Blockbuster Video and Eckerd
Drug, and he has co-developed more than $150 million in retail properties and assisted in funding
transactions in excess of $250 million.

In addition to his work in the field, he enjoys spending time with his wife and five kids. Thomas has been
an active member of ICSC for 25years and he was previously President of the Upstate SC chapter of
NAIOP. Thomas graduated from Presbyterian College where he played basketball and participated in
ROTC.
