<strong>Brad</strong> <strong>Thomas</strong> <strong>Joins</strong> <strong>Bull</strong> <strong>Realty</strong> as Senior Vice President of <strong>Capital</strong> <strong>Markets</strong><br />

ATLANTA (April 18, 2012) – <strong>Bull</strong> <strong>Realty</strong> has tapped <strong>Brad</strong> <strong>Thomas</strong> as senior vice<br />

president of capital markets. <strong>Thomas</strong> will provide strategically focused net lease<br />

investments to REITs, private equity investors, and high net worth investors. In<br />

addition, <strong>Thomas</strong> will assist with originating off-balance sheet transactions via saleleaseback<br />

and portfolio-level acquisitions.<br />

<strong>Thomas</strong> has more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, most recently<br />

as Director of Strategic <strong>Markets</strong> with Embree <strong>Group</strong> and Senior Vice President at<br />

Thompson National Properties. <strong>Thomas</strong> has achieved considerable success with his experience and<br />

knowledge of REIT securities and his prolific writing partnerships with Forbes, The Street and Seeking<br />

Alpha. <strong>Thomas</strong> has written over eighty articles for Seeking Alpha and he received twelve prestigious<br />

“editor picks” so far in 2012. <strong>Thomas</strong> writes weekly articles on commercial real estate and he is featured<br />

in regular radio talk shows including “America’s Commercial Real Estate Show” and “Yorba TV”. In<br />

addition, <strong>Thomas</strong> produces a monthly newsletter in partnership with Forbes Media.<br />

During his career, <strong>Thomas</strong> has developed sites for many retail chains such as Wal-Mart, Advance Auto<br />

Parts, CVS, O’Reilly Auto Parts, Dollar Tree, Bi-Lo, Outback, PetSmart, Blockbuster Video and Eckerd<br />

Drug, and he has co-developed more than $150 million in retail properties and assisted in funding<br />

transactions in excess of $250 million.


In addition to his work in the field, he enjoys spending time with his wife and five kids. <strong>Thomas</strong> has been<br />

an active member of ICSC for 25years and he was previously President of the Upstate SC chapter of<br />

NAIOP. <strong>Thomas</strong> graduated from Presbyterian College where he played basketball and participated in<br />

ROTC.<br />
