Your support to keep the trial running smoothly is needed. Working in and around the ring is a great way to increase your knowledge and understanding of the sport, and it gives you a wonderful sense of fellowship. If you, your guest, or significant other would be willing to work at the trial, we'd be delighted! For those of you who are willing to help, but have no experience, please contact Donna Young at (518) 732-2180 or e-mail yagility@nycap.rr.com TO THOSE OF YOU STAYING IN AREA MOTELS PLEASE OBSERVE THE FOLLOWING RULES TO MAINTAIN GOOD RELATIONSHIPS WITH THE INN KEEPERS WHO ARE GRACIOUS ENOUGH TO WELCOME US AND OUR DOGS: 1. Always clean up after your dog and dispose of the waste in an appropriate receptacle. 2. Never leave your dog unattended in a room (even crated). 3. If you allow your dog on furniture, bring protective coverings as a barrier to any hair, dirt, mud, or moisture. 4. Do not allow dog(s) to sleep in bed. 5. If you groom, do it outside and pick up the hair. 6. Report any and all damage (including stains) to your host and arrange to compensate for repairs, cleaning, etc. 7. Keep dogs on leash when outside. BY OBSERVING THESE SIMPLE COURTESIES, WE CAN ASSURE OURSELVES AND OTHER RESPONSIBLE DOG OWNERS OF A CONTINUED WELCOME Please note: Food will be available on site. Breakfast and dinner are part of the room package for those staying at The Blackthorne but may be purchased separately by those staying elsewhere (discounts given for Weldon House guests). A vegetarian menu is available upon advanced request; please select options at check-in. LIVE TO RUN AGAIN FREE LIBRARY Books-on-tape library and exchange will be available from Live To Run Again. Donations of your old tapes/CDs will be new to someone else and are appreciated. Don't Drive Drowsy! Please fill out the short form on the back of your entry. This will help place you in an appropriate job without class conflicts. We'll have the volunteer schedule at the trial. There will be a special Volunteer's raffle held each day. In consideration of the acceptance of this entry, of the holding of the event and of the opportunity to have the dog participate and/or be judged, I (we) agree to hold the organizing committee, Y Agility, United States Dog Agility Association, Inc., including their members, officers, directors, agents and employees, sponsors of the event, and owners of the premises upon which the event is held and their employees harmless from any claim for loss or injury that may be alleged to have been caused directly or indirectly to any person or thing by the act of this dog while in or upon the event premises or grounds or near any entrance thereto, and I (we) personally assume all responsibility and liability for any such claim. I (we) further agree to hold the aforementioned parties harmless from any claim for loss of this dog by disappearance, theft, death or otherwise, and from any claim for damage or injury to the dog, whether such loss, disappearance, appearance, theft, damage or injury, be cause or alleged to be caused by the negligence of the parties aforementioned, or by the negligence of any other person, or any other cause or causes. I (we) further acknowledge that I (we) have read, understand and will abide by the Official Rules and Regulations of the United States Dog Agility Association, Inc. and the provisions for entry as set forth in the Agility Test Schedule of which this entry form is a part. I (we) acknowledge and represent that the information supplied by me (us) herein is correct to the best of my (our) knowledge; if any portion of this information is found to be invalid or insufficient to establish the validity of my (our) entry, such finding shall render my (our) entry invalid in its entirety, for which there shall be no refund of fees paid. Further, I (we) represent that I (we) am the owner of the dog listed hereon, or that I (we) have full authority as agent for dog's owner and shall hold Y Agility, USDAA, including their officers, directors, employees and agents and their sponsors harmless from any liability or claims made by dog's owner.
