counseling, consultation, and<br />

We currently offer FREE shortterm<br />
counseling to children,<br />
adolescents, adults, couples and<br />
families. Issues that are<br />
commonly presented include:<br />

appointments are available.<br />
Confidentiality<br />
The information provided by you<br />
during counseling is legally<br />
confidential except as required by law.<br />
There are exceptions, which will be<br />
discussed with your counselor and will<br />
be identified by your counselor should<br />
any such situations arise during your<br />
counseling sessions. We do not release<br />
any information without written client<br />
consent.<br />
Client Rights<br />
1. You have the right to be<br />
treated with respect and<br />
dignity.<br />
2. You have the right to be<br />
informed about the<br />
counseling process and the<br />
how you may benefit from<br />
counseling.<br />
3. You have the right to privacy<br />
and confidentiality.<br />
4. You have the right to<br />
terminate counseling at any<br />
time and be referred to<br />
another counselor.
