Integrated Core Class<br />
Affectionately known as the ‘gut & butt’ class, ICC I is<br />
a great way to tone up while building a solid foundation<br />
for movement. This class will tone and sculpt your<br />
hips, buns, thighs & abdomen in fun & exciting ways.<br />
You will be balancing on exercise balls, hanging from<br />
aerial fabric, & working your belly like never before!<br />
TRX Suspension Training (TRX I & II)<br />
This is a core focused strength building class using<br />
the US Navy Seal-designed TRX suspension training<br />
straps in a dynamic circuit with cardio intervals. You<br />
will challenge both your muscles & your cardiovascular<br />
system. TRX II is designed for intermediate students<br />
with experience in this method <strong>of</strong> training.<br />
Metabolic Transformation Series (MTS)<br />
Teach your body to burn fat as its primary fuel source.<br />
MTS is a 30-minute miracle taught on your choice <strong>of</strong> an<br />
elliptical, treadmill, or stationary bike. Using a progression<br />
<strong>of</strong> specific heart-rate intervals over a series<br />
<strong>of</strong> weeks, MTS can transform your metabolism so you<br />
burn more fat during & after class.<br />

A combination <strong>of</strong> all <strong>of</strong> the above classes. This highenergy<br />
circuit training class works core, cardio & builds<br />
full-body strength. A great introduction to <strong>BODY</strong>fit<br />
<strong>of</strong>ferings, & a good place to start for all-levels <strong>of</strong> fitness.<br />

Small group personal training incorporating weights,<br />
TRX, core work & cardio for a full body workout in<br />
the signature fun & functional <strong>BODY</strong>fit style. (6-week<br />

Pilates Kick<br />
This cardiovascular endurance workout fitness class is<br />
set to fun upbeat music and combines the movements<br />
<strong>of</strong> aerobic dance, kickboxing and pilates. Designed to<br />
take Pilates <strong>of</strong>f the mat & use the Method in an upright<br />
position. This class builds heart strength and endurance<br />
as well as deep core strength and endurance. Class<br />
finishes with traditional Pilates Mat exercises. Great for<br />
all fitness levels!<br />

correcting your alignment, stabilizing & strengthening<br />
your joints, & refining the smaller musculature first,<br />

to detail ultimately enables you to achieve your<br />
goals faster & safer than you would with traditional<br />

Ranier Wood<br />

Ranier Wood is a lifetime athlete, health<br />
advocate, and the co-designer & fitness<br />
director for <strong>BODY</strong><strong>Fit</strong>. She is a Nationally<br />
Certified Personal Trainer & Corrective<br />
Exercise Specialist through the<br />
National Academy <strong>of</strong> Sports Medicine<br />
as well as a certified TRX Suspension<br />
Trainer through Athlete’s Performance. Ranier has experience<br />
training groups and individuals all across the U.S. &<br />
Europe. She has coached in private & corporate venues &<br />
worked with a diverse range <strong>of</strong> body types & levels <strong>of</strong> fitness.<br />
She is known for her fun & effective workouts that<br />
address the needs <strong>of</strong> the “whole body.”<br />

Gio Minardi<br />
Gio is a personal trainer certified by<br />
the American College <strong>of</strong> Sports<br />
Medicine (ACSM). She is a cross<br />
training specialist with experience in<br />
Yoga, Dance, Step, Pilates, Cycling,<br />
Triathlon, Boxing and BOSU. She is also a licensed massage<br />
therapist with an emphasis on the subtle body.<br />
