<strong>Pro</strong>peller Technology<br />

<strong>TUSA</strong>’s split fins employ <strong>Pro</strong>peller-FinTM<br />

Technology, which delivers ultra-high performance<br />

with a low amplitude rapid flutter kick.<br />

As the fin moves through the water its two<br />

wing-shaped surfaces create lift and forward<br />

propulsion like a propeller. Any water traveling<br />

over the top of the blade is funneled into and<br />

out of the split between the blades. Efficiency is<br />

increased while drag and effort is reduced.<br />

FINS<br />

Angled Blade Design (A.B.D.)<br />

<strong>TUSA</strong>’s Angled Blade Design is employed on<br />

the SF-15, SF-8 and SF-6 fins. A standard flat<br />

fin inhibits propulsion solely by fault of design.<br />

An angle between the heel of the foot and the<br />

calf of the leg remains when the leg is extended<br />

to kick. This angle causes 10% of the propulsion<br />

to be lost. The Angled Blade Design<br />

accommodates for this anatomical characteristic<br />

and ensures maximum efficiency throughout<br />

the kicking cycle.<br />

EZ Strap and Buckle System<br />

<strong>TUSA</strong>’s EZ strap and Buckle System allows fins<br />

to be quickly and easily adjusted with minimal<br />

effort. Adjustment can be made while the fins<br />

are worn, allowing for a precise fit and ease of<br />

removal when necessary.<br />
