Procedure for disposal of the complaint:
1) The Authority concerned after making preliminary inquiry as deemed fit he
shall forward a copy of the complaint to the Govt. servant /other person
concerned and also the competent authority concerned.
2) Shall afford to such Govt. servant/other person an opportunity to offer his
remarks on such complaint.
3) May make such order as to the safe custody of documents relevant to the
investigation, as he deems fit.
