L: We pray for a spirit of invitation that inspires the church, regardless of
the cost, to create a space where all can be welcome around the TABLE to
REMEMBER our common identity in Jesus Christ.
P: Lord hear our prayer.
L: We pray for a spirit of humility and unconditional love that calls us to
stand up and refute long standing prejudice and discrimination so that we
might WASH THE FEET of those who are outcast and condemned by
mainstream society.
P: Lord hear our prayer.
L: We pray for a spirit of sacrifice that calls to move out of our comfort
zone and pray “THY WILL BE DONE” so that comprehensive programs for
daily care and long‐term solutions for the underprivileged and oppressed
can be realized.
