2. Arrangement for <strong>New</strong> <strong>Personal</strong> <strong>Internet</strong> <strong>Banking</strong><br />

Q1: Do customers need to apply for new password tokens after launching the new<br />

<strong>Personal</strong> <strong>Internet</strong> <strong>Banking</strong> How do I apply Will it be sent by mail<br />

Ans - Exiting customers who are using SMS One-time-password (SMS OTP) <strong>and</strong><br />

second password can still use these two factor authentication tools for<br />

performing high risk transaction. If customer has not applied for SMS OTP<br />

<strong>and</strong> second password or has lost the second password, customer can apply our<br />

new password token at any of our branches after the services launched to<br />

perform high risk transaction.<br />

- Our bank will plan to issue new password token to all existing customers, who<br />

already applied for SMS OTP <strong>and</strong> second password, please refer to our<br />

website for the latest arrangement.<br />

- If new or existing customer wants to perform high risk transaction, customer<br />

should apply for our new password token.<br />

Q2: Is there any charge for the new password token<br />

Generally, the Quote will be reset as 300 on the day of launching the new services.<br />

Elite Club customers will be reset as 500. Since private banking customers do not<br />

have limit, they will not be affected. For example, if the Quote of general customer<br />

is less than 300 (after use), the Quote will be reset as 300. If customer has<br />

performed securities transaction so that the Quote is over 300, the Quote will also<br />

be reset as 300. If the Quote has been over 300, say 400, the bank will charge on<br />
