4. Arrangement for <strong>New</strong> Commercial <strong>Internet</strong> <strong>Banking</strong><br />

Q1: Do customers need to apply for new password token after launching the new<br />

<strong>Personal</strong> <strong>Internet</strong> <strong>Banking</strong> How do I apply Will it be sent by mail<br />

Ans Please contact your account manager to apply for the password token.<br />

Q2: Is there any charge for the new password token<br />

Ans It is free of charge.<br />

Q3: Can I change to use new password token from <strong>ICBC</strong> (<strong>Asia</strong>)’s U-Shield<br />

Ans Customer can still use the U-Shield. If customer wants to change to use the new<br />

password token, customer can contact the related account manager to apply a new<br />

Commercial <strong>Internet</strong> <strong>Banking</strong> account. Existing Commercial <strong>Internet</strong> <strong>Banking</strong><br />

account will be cancelled accordingly..<br />

Q4: What is the meaning of 300 Complimentary Real-Time Quotes<br />

Ans (Applicable to <strong>Personal</strong> <strong>Internet</strong> <strong>Banking</strong>, <strong>Mobile</strong> <strong>Banking</strong> <strong>and</strong> Commercial<br />

<strong>Internet</strong> <strong>Banking</strong>; The real-time stock quote (Quote) of <strong>Personal</strong> <strong>Internet</strong> <strong>Banking</strong><br />

<strong>and</strong> <strong>Mobile</strong> <strong>Banking</strong> is shared.)<br />

Generally, the Quote will be reset as 300 on the day of launching the new services.<br />

Elite Club customers will be reset as 500. Since private banking customers do not<br />

have limit, they will not be affected. For example, if the Quote of general customer<br />

is less than 300 (after use), the Quote will be reset as 300. If customer has<br />

performed securities transaction so that the Quote is over 300, the Quote will also<br />

be reset as 300. If the Quote has been over 300, say 400, the bank will charge on<br />

the additional 100 quotes. During the launch date, the quote will be reset as 300<br />

(but not 300 – 100 = 200).<br />

Q5: Can commercial customer select password token or U-Shield to perform high risk<br />

transaction<br />

Ans Yes, but new Commercial <strong>Internet</strong> <strong>Banking</strong> can only support the same<br />

authentication tool.<br />
